How to Know My Bra Size

The perfect fit starts with a few simple measurements.
You can find your bra size at home—in just minutes.

What You’ll Need

  • A soft measuring tape

  • A non-padded bra (or none at all)

1. Find Your Band Size

Measure snugly around your ribcage, directly under your bust.
Keep the tape level and comfortable.

  • Even number? That’s your band size.

  • Odd number? Round to the nearest even.

Example: 31 inches → Band size 32

2. Measure Your Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
The tape should rest lightly—never tight.

3. Discover Your Cup Size

Subtract your band size from your bust measurement.

Difference Cup
1" A
2" B
3" C
4" D
5" DD / E
6" DDD / F
7" G

Example: Bust 36" – Band 32" = 4" → 32D

A Note on Fit

  • Cup size changes with band size

  • If the band feels tight, go up a band and down a cup

  • If it feels loose, go down a band and up a cup

  • Re-measure every 6–12 months—your body evolves
